The following are the mandatory training required for all the Healthcare staffs in order to start a career with any Healthcare sectors in UK.

• Fire Safety
• Health, Safety and Welfare
• Infection Prevention and Control (Level 1 and 2)
• Information Governance and Data Security
• Moving and Handling
• NHS Conflict Resolution (England)
• Preventing Radicalisation
• Resuscitation (Level 1 and 2)
• Safeguarding Adults (Level 1 and 2)
• Safeguarding Children (Level 1 and 2)

All  the Healthcare sectors will provide these training for their Healthcare staffs as part of the induction and some of these trainings must be renewed or updated annually. MedCart Solutions will ensure that all the candidates working with us have these training in place.
